Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates We are proud to offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required.

Estimated Delivery Times Because we source our products directly from global specialized suppliers to ensure the best quality and price, our estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States & Canada: 7-15 business days

• United Kingdom & Europe: 7-12 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 business days

• Rest of the World: 15-25 business days

Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs processing and local postal delays may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website using our Track Your Order page. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Glyvo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at hello.glyvo@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the product. we will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
